Got Questions?
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept my insurance?
We are a Delta Dental Premier provider and in-network with Cigna. We also work with most major dental insurance plans. Call us to verify your specific coverage and benefits.
Do you offer payment plans for patients without insurance?
Yes! We offer CareCredit and Cherry financing, including no-interest promotional periods. We always provide upfront cost estimates so there are never any surprises.
How do I get a same-day crown?
Our CEREC technology lets Dr. Conley design, mill, and place a custom ceramic crown in a single 60–90 minute appointment. No temporaries, no second visit — just a beautiful permanent crown the same day.
Do you see children?
Absolutely! We welcome patients of all ages, from toddlers to grandparents. Our gentle, kid-friendly approach helps children build healthy dental habits for life.
What do I do in a dental emergency?
Call our office at (218) 900-1303 right away. We keep same-day emergency slots available every day. If it's after hours, our voicemail will provide our emergency contact information.
How often should I get cleanings?
Most patients benefit from a cleaning every six months. Patients with gum disease or other conditions may need more frequent visits. Dr. Conley will recommend the right schedule for you.
