What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring a valid photo ID, your dental insurance card, and any relevant records or X-rays from your previous dentist if available. Completing our online forms beforehand means you're all set!
Do you accept my insurance?
We are a Delta Dental Premier provider and in-network with Cigna. We work with most major dental insurance. Call or message us and we'll verify your benefits before your first appointment.
I'm nervous about going to the dentist — can you help?
Dental anxiety is very common and we are specially trained to work with anxious patients. We explain every step before we do it, go at your pace, and never rush. Many former avoiders are now our most regular patients.
How long will my first appointment take?
Budget 60–90 minutes for your first comprehensive exam and X-rays. If a cleaning can be done the same day, we'll let you know and may schedule it back-to-back, adding another 45 minutes.
I haven't been to a dentist in years. Will you judge me?
Never. We understand life gets in the way. Our only goal is to help you get your oral health back on track from wherever you are today — without shame, judgment, or pressure of any kind.
Do you have payment options for patients without insurance?
